If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these terms on your behalf. By registering, you confirm you have the necessary permission to do so.

College1st is an education-support platform for engineering entrance exam aspirants (JEE Main, JEE Advanced, MHT-CET, BITSAT, CUET, KCET, VITEEE, COMEDK, KEAM and similar). We provide mock tests, practice questions, rank & college predictors, college listings, cutoff data, and study resources.

• Mock test scores, ranks, and percentiles are simulated estimates, not official results.
• College predictions and cutoffs are based on historical trends and publicly available data — they are indicative, not guarantees of admission.
• We are not affiliated with any exam-conducting body (NTA, JAC, state CET cells, etc.) or any college/university named on the platform, unless explicitly stated.

To register, you provide accurate information including your name, email address, password, class/grade, and college-listing preference. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials confidential and not sharing your account.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

We verify email addresses via a one-time password (OTP) before activating an account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these terms.

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract content, mock test questions, or college data at scale.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell our mock tests, question banks, or predictor algorithms.
• Upload or share content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes another person's rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or to our systems.
• Use the platform for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial, educational use.

Content on College1st — including cutoffs, fee structures, NIRF rankings, seat-matrix data, and predictions — is compiled from official brochures, counselling authority publications, and public sources believed to be reliable at the time of publishing. Rules, fees, and cutoffs change every admission cycle.

Always cross-verify college, cutoff, and counselling information with the official counselling authority (JoSAA/CSAB, state CET cell, or the respective institute) before making any admission decision. College1st is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of information provided on this platform.

Core features of College1st are currently free to use. If we introduce paid plans or premium features in the future, pricing, billing terms, and refund conditions will be clearly displayed before purchase and will be governed by additional terms presented at that time.

All content on the platform — including mock tests, question banks, logos, design, and software — is owned by College1st or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use it only for personal, non-commercial, exam preparation purposes. No content may be copied, redistributed, or used commercially without our written permission.

The platform may link to third-party websites (colleges, exam authorities, payment gateways, etc.) for your convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of these third-party sites. Accessing them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, College1st disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss (including loss of admission opportunity, exam outcome, or data) arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.

We may suspend or terminate your access, without prior notice, if you violate these terms, misuse the platform, or if required by law. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us (see Contact Us in our Privacy Policy) or through account settings once available.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India, and where applicable, resolved in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and other applicable Indian law.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. Material changes will be notified via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
